39: There is a wine bar far away

(Tune: Horsley C.M. by William Horsley, 1774-1858)

There is a wine bar far away
The other side of town.
But it's too far for one like me.
My car has broken down.

I hear it is a place of fun,
Where Rectors, Vicars, all
May sip their gin, and Chardonnay,
And have a clergy ball.

Perhaps it was not good enough
To buy a rusty car.
I'll trade it in for new, and dream
Of being at that bar.
